Cristina De Piano
Cristina started her yoga journey 8 years ago with friend quite literally forcing her to go along to a class, ever since then, she’s been hooked. Yoga has taught Cristina to take time out from a busy schedule and focus on herself. Cristina qualified as a 200 hour yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance in 2017.
A keen music lover, Cristina loves to incorporate this in her yoga practice. She’s inspired by all styles of music from jazz, hip hop or a good old power ballad. Music has a profound effect on all of us, it can evoke emotions, feelings and memories, and Cristina think connecting this with yoga is a powerful tool.
Resident teacher at Penny Hill Park, Cristina’s classes are dynamic flow (moving fluidly from one pose to the next), with an emphasis on letting go and having fun with your own practice. She tries to keep all classes light hearted and with everyone leaving feeling as though they have achieved something.
