Jo has been practising yoga for over 30 years. Originally under the guidance of Barbara Currie and Ruth White at the age of 16 and from that time connected with the power and the beauty of yoga and the major benefits yoga can have on your physical, spiritual and mental well being.

Her style of teaching is fresh, warm, creative, inclusive and fun. With a belief that it’s important for people to begin to understand how their bodies work (in turn increasing body awareness), Melanie includes simple information on anatomy during her class. She entwines this more modern approach with authenticity by using Sanskrit terminology, a variety of Pranayama techniques, and some yogic philosophy, including observation of the chakras (energy wheels).
The style of yoga Nina teaches is fluid in principle with some longer holds, and the pace ranges from slow to dynamic – depending on the theme or level of the class. All her classes have a strong focus on connecting movement to your breath, exploring and finding appropriate alignment for you in your body, and allowing you to experience and find your yoga practice in a playful yet safe environment.
Sam’s focus for her students is on being able to ‘experience’ something during class rather than simply ‘achieve’ something, and knowing that for some, sometimes just showing up on your mat is the biggest challenge of all.
As an eternal yoga student herself, Galina looks for steady practice with Ashtanga, Red Hot, Bikram, and Vinyasa classes. She incorporates this balance into her own teaching, with a calming, flowing sequence intermixed with some strength poses and breathing exercises that will maintain the student’s body/mind equilibrium.
Natalie has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and in the fitness industry for over 15, and as such her understanding of the body and how it moves is second to none. Natalie’s yoga background is predominantly Ashtanga yoga, but creative flows and strengthening “intelligent” movement is her forte, her philosophy is that our bodies are with us for life so learning to understand them and treat them by moving with respect is key. Expect insightful and helpful classes from Natalie!
Elisabeth truly believes that yoga is for everyone and wants to help people to realise that there is nothing more important than taking care and making time for yourself.
Jo is passionate about Pilates because of the positive changes it can bring to posture, physical health and mental wellbeing. She has as strong focus on the precision of movement and her classes are varied, challenging and informative but more importantly they are fun and conducted in a friendly environment. With the incorporation of anatomical cues, Jo encourages clients to broaden their awareness of posture and improve upon strength and flexibility. She offers variations on all exercises to accommodate mixed abilities and experience, so everyone can benefit and progress.
Klaudia has been teaching Pilates for several years and fitness for over 9 years. She has been working with athletes and professionals, helping them to optimise their performance, whilst staying injury free.

Sallyanne is an incredibly experienced Homeopath, Healer and Yoga teacher who over the years has trained in other therapies to form her own combination therapy which gives a truly holistic and individual approach to health.
