  • Combination therapy workshop

Join us for a workshop on the second Saturday of every month in our luxurious and intimate studio.

Sallyanne will offer a calm , peaceful ,healing quality to the sessons by responding  to the energy of the day and the group.  Yin yoga allows a unique feeling in the body and mind of ‘just being’. Being present with no pressure to achieve anything at all . Allowing the props  to support your body , the breathing techniques to draw your focus in and the meditations to let go. You will leave feeling at peace with yourself and the world . Over the months we will explore different types of meditations and healing techniques depending on the groups needs. Always in a safe joyful environment . It is a very personal experience.  As Jo from Weybridge said, ‘Every time it is different and it is like a spiritual journey.  I always feel truly rejuvenated at the end.’

The workshop will run for 2 hours and includes a foot, head or hand massage & refreshments after the class – Enjoy

  • Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic system of massage, manipulation and application of pressure to specific areas of the feet that correspond to, and connect to, all the body‘s systems known as the reflex points. The muscular, digestive, respiratory and endocrine (hormone) systems can all be accessed and stimulated where there is congestion, blockages or imbalance. The corresponding or connecting areas will then feel the benefit. Reflexology aims to relax, to help the body heal itself, to balance, to restore, to de-stress and re-energise.

  • Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing art- passed down from teacher to pupil through an attunement.
This attunement allows the central Column ( the spine) to clear trauma and the Chakras (Energy centres) that lay upon the spine to be imbued with the collective energy of our USUI Lineage Reiki system which is well over 2,000 years old.

There are ancient texts from Tibetan Monasteries in the Himalayas stating the Buddha and Jesus used Reiki to heal the sick and poor –
Translated ‘Rei’ means Universal -“Ki” or “Chi” means life force.
Reiki is all around us and has its own divine intelligence.

During treatment  the patient may experience a profound sense of peace.
Every treatment is different-some experience heat or cold and or visual images of colour, form – Angels- or divine beings.
At the end of the treatment guests say they feel clear ,positive , free & expanded.

  • Therapeutic Massage

Having trained with renowned Jing Advanced Massage I use these advanced techniques to treat and release specific pain e.g. frozen shoulder, lower back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, etc. I understand the importance of pure and deep relaxation too, so can treat in this way also when required. I treat the individual as a whole being where they are at in the moment, so no two treatments are ever the same.
